User Selection Method
3W®’s network comprises a dynamic core group of more than 1200 Interim Managers. Each Interim Manager is thoroughly screened by 3W® before becoming a part of the network to ensure that their skills are of the highest quality to help meet your demanding requirements. When project opportunities arise, they are communicated to all Interim Managers, who in turn share them with their own network of management experts. In this way, we can ensure we have the most appropriate group of specialists to help you meet your business challenge(s). Interim Managers and management experts are scrupulously evaluated and assessed regarding their skills and abilities for projects before they are presented to you.
Constant Client Provider Interaction (CCPI)
Constant Client Provider Interaction (CCPI) describes the continuous involvement of the client in the selection of the right expert to help solve specific management issue(s). The process begins with a thorough understanding of the client’s needs in terms of relevant sector experience, specific project competences and cultural fit. This results in the development of a profile description and a specific project outline that is then presented to all 3W® Interim Managers. Screening and assessment of interested candidates results in the creation of a project core group comprised of profiles with the right match in terms of sector experience and specific project-related competences. The client then interviews this core group to assess the cultural fit of each member; and select the precise expert they wish to work with.
Open Contract Policy (OCP)
At 3W®, Open Contract Policy (OCP) means flexibility of contract and complete transparency regarding our fee structure.
When a client hires a 3W® expert, a timeframe for the duration of the project is determined. A timesheet signed by both the client and the 3W® expert who has taken on the project is used as a reference for invoicing. If, due to circumstances, a project stops before the specified contract end date, the client pays no damage fee or any additional costs. For our clients, this means a highly flexible service that does not penalise them when conditions change.
All 3W® contracts are signed by the client, 3W® Direct Management Solutions and the 3W® expert taking on the mission. This means that all parties are aware of what is being invoiced and the margin being taken, eliminating the distrust that often arises in more traditional interim management arrangements.
GateSync® ICT Platform
GateSync® is 3W®’s innovative ICT platform that allows us to manage the flow of outgoing projects and job applications. By reducing the time between an initial client request and the hiring of a suitable candidate, we ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
GateSync® structures the 3W® databases from both the supply and a demand side. On the supply side, GateSync® allows us to map the competences and specific sector experiences of our dynamic group of Interim Managers and to structure their résumés. On the demand side, GateSync® provides us with a complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and client portal. Via this portal, clients can follow a project’s progress and view its financial status online.
GateSync® comprises three modules:
Search & Selection – to allow 3W® to quickly activate its Interim Managers to respond to project assignments.
Invoicing & Timesheet – provides the basis for financial flow in the system.
Project Management – allows the client and 3W® to keep project deadlines and deliverables in check.
