HR Manager Group Benelux

Our customer is a leading European player on the auto-parts market active in of retail stores servicing the automotive aftermarket car repair centers.

To support the transformation of the company to improve the efficiency, we are looking for a passionate HR Manager Group with a focus on Efficiency, People, Culture change (Values & DNA).

As the Group HR, the scope is different companies located in Belgium, The Netherlands and possibly including the subsidiaries in France. You lead a team of 7 FTE in a lean organization of 600 FTE.

Functieomschrijving
  • As HR Manager group you are responsible from A to Z for the HR policies.
  • Together with your team you are responsible for the further development of HR in line with the future of the organization.
  • You are member of the EXCOM reporting to the GM
  • As a business partner of management and the operational leadership you develop and implement an HR policy in line with the budget, expectations and ambitions of the business.
  • You have ultimate responsibility for recruitment and selection. Together with your team and external partners you recruit quality people to support future growth.
  • In addition, you watch over and develop the internal talent. You further develop the talent management policy with a focus on education and training, evaluation cycles, internal growth, succession planning, safety, etc.
  • You initiate and lead a number of HR projects on various topics such as culture change, internal communication, being a true HR business partner for Operations ...
  • You manage the stakeholders both inside and outside the company ( Management Committee, labor relations, works council-committee ).
  • You understand our business model and value proposition, to build trust and credibility in developing a high-performance culture in alignment with the company’s business objectives
Functie-eisen
  • You have a master degree in Human resources, Psychology or other related domains
  • You have a strong experience in all HR aspects.
  • Relevant experience as HR Manager within the automotive sector is a big plus
  • Full fluency in French & Dutch, English is a plus
  • Knowledge of Belgian labor law - Experience with Trade Unions
  • You are not afraid of being hands-on within a lean organization, while keeping your helicopter view
  • Strong project management & transformation skills - ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders including owning projects and topics from A to Z
  • Operational Excellence - ability to work effectively, rigorously and with great discipline moving projects forward and designing and executing effective tools and processes
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence - the ability to listen actively to people, understand and voice needs, take a step back and allow for neutral terrain
  • Strong communication skills - ability to explain complex topics to a wide range of people
  • You like challenges in a demanding environment and you are stress resistant
