What information do we collect?

We collect information from our visitors on various points on our website. These are:

  This is information about all of our visitors collectively, such as what areas of our web site visitors most frequently go to, and the services that they prefer to use.   If you wish to activate your 3w account, you can enter your CV in our database. The CV will be viewed by the 3W Management with all details you have filled in.

  Cookies are tiny files that your Web browser puts on your hard disk to facilitate surfing the Web. 3W Direct Management Solutions uses session Cookies, to provide for more comfort when accessing our web site. Accordingly, those Cookies are deleted as soon as you log out. If you oppose the use of session cookies you cannot access our site.

We share collected Information with the other companies of 3W Direct Management Solutions NV (www.3W.be). We do not forward personal information to third parties, with the exception of anonymous CV's for which you have given permission to disclose.

With whom will we share Personal Profile Details?

The information contained in your contact details is only made available to potential employers with your active consent. Today, your CV is only accessible on the www.3W.be site. Your CV may, however, in the future be made accessible from our 3W Direct Management Solutions sites of other 3W Direct Management Solutions companies in Europe.

Correction/Updating Personal profile details:

If your CV or other personal profile information changes, or if you no longer wish to use our service, we provide a simple way to correct, update or remove the Personal Profile Details or CV. To do so, you need to go to your 3W portal where you will find clear instructions on cancelling or edit your CV. If you have lost your password, and would like a reminder, we will provide you with it as soon as possible under "your profile", or in writing or by telefax, if you send us a request by fax or letter. Likewise, whenever you request us that we delete your CV and personal data, we will do so immediately. Please then fax or write us, indicating user word and password. In all cases you can also use email, however, please be aware that our emails are not encrypted and that you send these on your own risk.

Data Safety

We use a variety of methods, such as encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection software and manual security procedures, to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and to prevent unauthorized access or improper use. Please note that we are using Java Script on our sites. While using some features of the 3W Direct Management Solutions websites and online services, you will need to submit a password or some other type of authenticating information.
When you have registered yourself for the first time, you will get an electronic confirmation of your registration. Please note that we do not use encryption in our emails.
