Function description

The company is well-known in the sector, and is usually invited to tender for the projects initiated by real estate project developers and building contractors, so 'cold calling' is relatively limited.  Your role will therefore mainly consist in the following:

  • Elaboration of the offer: together with the technical specialists develop the design, concept, technical feasibility and cost calculation of the offered solution(s)
  • Development of prospect/client relationships: it is key to develop excellent contacts with the DMU for the projects on which the company is bidding and get sufficient background on those requirements which will be key in their final decision in order to be able to close the deal.
  • Liaise between the internal and external Project Management and Planning teams once a deal has been signed, in order to ensure a perfect handover of the won projects
  • Account management: follow-up the won projects from time to time in order to ensure that execution is going according to the agreed milestones and whenever needed take internal corrective action

The company, however also expects you, to identify certain key players in this market, which you would pro-actively approach and develop a good relationship with, in view of interesting future projects where the company's offering would be a good fit.
