As Country Sales Manager Belgium you help customers with the right customized solution. From the customer demand you come up with the best advice on tactical and strategic level (consultative selling).
Setting up an internal and external network, giving presentations to prospects and customers and generating new business are your main tasks. Your contacts within companies are mainly HR directors, talent acquisition managers and procurement managers within the Flemish market.
In addition, you are responsible for:
- Setting up and executing the sales plan in Belgium
- Actively managing and expanding relationships
- Identifying and exploiting new opportunities within the Belgian market
- A good cooperation with the Dutch management and the Belgian colleagues
