Talent Acquisition Manager

Our Client, an autonomous public company, is looking for an ad interim Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible from A to Z for overseeing the internal and external recruitment processes. You will develop, implement and adjust recruitment strategies so they best meet the needs and objectives of the company and its various services and departments.

Function description
  • Intake of recruitment needs with hiring managers and/or business units, with the goal of understanding specific staffing needs and providing appropriate solutions;
  • Activation of the most appropriate publication methodologies ("best fit") to effectively address the labor market and potential candidates effectively;
  • End-to-end supervision of the recruitment process, including onboarding of candidates and reporting and debriefing to hiring managers;
  • Close collaboration with internal and external staff involved in the recruitment process;
  • Support the hiring manager in decision making, both practical and substantive,
  • Active contribution to the optimization of recruitment procedures and processes incl. tracking KPIs;
  • Participation in internal and external events ( job fairs, open days), also on weekend days if required.
  • Apply insights into evolving best practices and lessons learned based on own experience;
  • Develop an organization that provides ongoing access to modern technologies, media, channels and methodologies;
  • Identifying success factors for an optimal recruitment process and associated organization
Job requirements
  • Master degree;
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in recruitment, recruiting very specific profiles, e.g. air traffic controller profiles, technical and IT profiles, highly qualified profiles for positions in services such as safety, aviation, controlling, procurement, workforce management
  • In-depth knowledge of the most appropriate recruitment tools, processes, methodologies and media channels used, structural activities with pro-active scanning & monitoring of the market and available profiles as well as experience in using these solutions and concepts;
  • Experienced with the application of advanced total solutions: tools/applications, methodologies, processes, use of targeted media
  • Knowledge of success factors for adequate and high-impact recruitment, and the concrete translation to a business organization
  • Hands-on manager with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in aviation related service sectors and/or highly regulated environments is a strong plus
  • Additional training in the field of selection, recruitment, assessments (certified) or indications of continuing education is a plus
  • Native Dutch or French with good knowledge of the second national language and English
  • Availability to take up the assignment preferably from July 1st 2025 onwards or shortly afterwards
  • Being able to provide at least 2 detailed references for similar assignments
  • Agreement to be undergo an official security assessment, which is required by law for this organization
