Unique opportunity for a Business Unit Manager to lead and further build a small, but established software company (a mix of SaaS and server based software), with a dominant position in a niche of the health care market in Belgium.
The company is profitable and has recently been acquired by a young and dynamic Belgian Private Equity player. One of their star products has been spinned off into a separate company. Now the main challenge is to further strengthen the existing business and increase its profitability. This is a nice opportunity for a hands-on, proactive, sales focused and truly entrepreneurial leader. The current team exists of 5 people.
The former general manager of the company is now advising and coaching the spin-off and we are looking for his successor. The former general manager will however be available to coach the new business unit manager at the start of the assignment.
