HR Business Process Expert

Our Client is providing services for Architectural and Automotive glass, Biologics, Chemical and Pharmaceutical activities in Europe.

They are currently looking for an HR Business Process Expert to perform day-to-day maintenance of the human resource information systems (HRIS) in order to ensure data integrity and accuracy. The candidate will participate in handling non-routine tasks, assist in functional testing for special projects, providing reports and general information requiring a thorough understanding of the organizational structure, policies and procedures.

  • Learn and maintain an in-depth understanding of the HR system modules and associated processes;
  • Work with other HRIS & IT team members to analyze and determine solutions to user issues;
  • Respond to technical administrative questions and ensure necessary follow up;
  • Assist in maintenance and trouble-shooting of SAP HR global user issues;
  • Ensure system configuration maintenance is accurate and updated in a timely manner to support global business processes;
  • Perform tests on system integrations to ensure functionality and provide support to HR related operations;
  • Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and ensure good quality of data; Confirm accuracy and integrity of data entered;
  • Assist in preparation of documents for system configurations and processes;
  • Deliver routine reporting and respond to ad hoc data requests;
  • Prepare reports, charts and statistics in order to support human resources operations;
  • Provide communication and training support for the global HR community.

  • Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of global HR processes;
  • Proven SAP HCM/SF module experience;
  • Strong analytical and logical skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and understand prioritization of deliverables;
  • Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail;
  • Skills in problem solving and decision making;
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills;
  • Maintain confidentiality;
  • University degree and minimum 3 years of directly related human resources experience;
  • IT knowledge / professional background is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in English, any additional European language is an asset.

A longer term assignment after the IM period is possible, where you continue to invoice via your management company.
