The coach will provide tailored guidance and support to the Maintenance Manager, who has recently transitioned into this position. The Maintenance Manager has been with the company for over two years and is tasked with managing the complexities and challenges of the maintenance department.

The coach will play a crucial role in helping the Maintenance Manager further develop their skills in strategic thinking, effective management skills, people management, workforce planning, change management and long-term planning capabilities to ensure the department's success and sustainability.

• Proven experience as a coach or mentor, preferably in a maintenance, engineering, or operations management environment.
• Strong background in maintenance management is mandatory
• Experience in Change Management processes while handling change resistance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to offer practical advice and solutions for complex challenges in maintenance operations.
• Experience in coaching individuals transitioning into new roles or taking on increased responsibilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and future trends in maintenance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with the Maintenance Manager and the experienced team members.
• Adaptable, patient, and supportive approach to coaching and mentoring.
• Fluid in Dutch
