Phase 1: transformation and optimization of current supply chain (2025)
You will map the AS IS and TO BE, focusing on the following aspects:
1. Stable weekly planning/scheduling - optimize planning meetings
2. Structuring planning and scheduling processes.
3. Improve planning and stock management
4. Analyzing variability in orders
5. Understanding standard volumes, sales, production and inventory
6. Optimization of work order planning
7. Management of start/stop processes for new products
8. Define roles and responsibilities and align the Supply Chain organization, in preparation for the new ERP implementation
Key deliverables are: documented overview of the gap between AS IS and TO BE processes - approved change plan & roadmap - implementation support of business transformation
Phase 2: implementation of the new ERP (2026, possibly continuing through 2027)
The key deliverables are as follows:
Preparation of data that need to migrate - approval of test scenario’s - final acceptance of solution - training sessions for key user team - obtaining sign-off of key decision decisions - training plan and qualitative delivery of end-user trainings - first line support after go-live
