Partner 3W

3W will be celebrating its 30th anniversary as one of the well-known Belgian Interim Management providers soon.  We have been growing significantly, under the umbrella of Select Group, with a strong focus on medium- to large-sized manufacturing companies. 

Success in our business is largely driven by having the right people on board.  In order to further increase our business, we are looking for a Commercially Driven Partner who will gradually take over 3W, while the current Partner will be retiring within the coming 2 years.   

Functieomschrijving
  • 360° business development approach, identify potential clients and their Interim Management opportunities through your own network (but also following  up on those generated via Select Group and other leads), interview, match and shortlist identified qualified Interim Managers to the assignment and present their 3W candidate files to clients
  • Develop and implement both the long- and short-term strategy, with focus on strong growth in the coming years
  • Follow up on-going Interim Management assignments by having regular contacts with both clients and Interim Manager(s) involved
  • Continue to differentiate 3W in a competitive marketplace, emphasizing expertise, speed, and value but also develop new service offerings
  • Manage the activity of 3W as a whole and make important decisions that affect our organization and have budget and P&L responsibility 
  • Manage the company's resources and direct where they are deployed 
  • Negotiate and approve contracts 
  • Initiate new 3W hires related to the further expansion of the business 
  • Represent 3W to all major stakeholders: Clients, Interim Managers and Select Group’s management and internal departments
Functie-eisen
  • Master’s Degree, an MBA is considered a plus
  • Commercially driven, with proven success in Business Development in services industry
  • Extensive experience in industry-specific fields such as manufacturing, supply chain, operations, …. Proven ability to understand and solve complex people/management challenges in these areas is essential.
  • Dispose of a well-established network of contacts in relevant industries such as  manufacturing and supply chain, including decision-makers (CEO, CHRO, etc.)
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as a senior executive (C-level or just below) or demonstrated success in a senior role at other Interim Management Providers, Recruitment or Consultancy firms.  Experience working at leading medium- to large-sized companies is a plus.

  • Skilled at negotiating and structuring deals and contracts that align with 3W's goals while satisfying client needs.
  • Cultural sensitivity to work effectively with diverse actors across the 3 Belgian regions and beyond.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic and flexible, identifying and adapting to trends in the interim management market and the broader business environment
  • Used to working in a small, dedicated team, while supported by shared services
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
