Our Client is a joint venture between 2 major players in the pharmaceutical sector. They are currently looking for a QA Project Lead for a highly time-driven strategic project.

Manage the strategic time-driven project & all stakeholders

Create and install metrics (Right First Time, Review time, risk based challenge of comments).

Supervise the QA reviews and approvals handled by the QA expert team.

Lead a team of 6 QA members

Visualize workload of the QA team and adjust where needed (non QA related tasks need to be passed on to the right departments)

Evaluate whether the QA threshold is set at the right level in test requirements and review comments (after qualifications).

Used to working under pressure with tight deadlines

Solution-oriented mindset to reach milestones in time

Strong communicator with experience in providing strategic project updates to senior executives

Experienced in setting up metrics (right first time- review time- low, minor, major and critical comments visualization in dashboards)

Dynamic personality, capable to motivate, energize and enthusiasm a team of people

Strong stakeholder management, political savvy

Knowledge of a QA environment is a plus - Emphasis is on strong Project Management skills however.

Full-time Interim Management Assignment until the end of 2023.

Remote work is possible up to maximum 2 days per week. The candidate is expected to be at the office minimum 3 days per week.

You will manage a team of 6 QA experts and report to Senior Management.
