The Team
Yvy has built a career of over 20 years in Human Resources and Talent Development. She has held HR management roles across various sectors, including retail, chemicals, IT hardware distribution and telecom. As a self-employed HR professional, Yvy works part-time for 3W, where she is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our recruitment processes.
Patrick has built a diverse career spanning multiple sectors. He spent 15 years in FMCG, including roles at Unilever and Campina, followed by 10 years in retail, of which 5 years as General Manager for Zara Benelux. He then transitioned into HR Services, where he worked for 10 years, including 8 years at Adecco. Patrick joined 3W in 2020 and is currently Partner.
