In order to further support their complex infrastructure projects, they are looking for two experienced Contract Managers to strengthen their team. You will report directly to the Program Director.

Manage contractual communication before, during, and after project execution.
Coordinate and monitor testing, acceptance, and system-oriented contract management processes.
Organize and conduct audits to ensure contractor’s quality assurance system meets requirements.
Lead and manage the contractual change process, including evaluation, negotiation, and compliance with deadlines.
Safeguard stakeholder requirements in contracts and report proactively on contract changes.
Advise the Integrated Project Management (IPM) team on contract management and flag potential issues.
Organize and participate in contract meetings, project discussions, and cross-team alignment to ensure consistent contract management.

You have a Master degree in civil or industrial engineering, commercial business engineering or other Master degree equivalent through experience and additional training
You have min. 6 years of experience related to contract management of large civil construction/infrastructure projects
You dispose of excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are an integer team player with a connecting personality who stimulates cooperation between the different stakeholders, both internal and external ones
You are hands-on and results-oriented
You are fluent in Dutch, both orally and in writing
You are willing to spend at least 3 days per week at the Lantis office in Antwerp

A long-term, fulltime Interim Management assignment for an estimated period of 2 years, with 2 possible extensions of 1 year.
Lantis will also accept a 4/5 parttime availability.
3 Days per week at the office in Antwerp - 2 days per week remote.
