You have strong leadership skills and are able to create a strong team spirit on the shopfloor. You are adept at identifying the competencies and talents of team members and coach them accordingly in order to achieve optimal results at production level.
· You organize the daily management and optimization of production and packaging processes across multiple shifts, motivating and coordinating a team of around 120 employees
· You train, coach and closely work with the team leaders regarding people management and production planning in order to ensure efficient work organization, optimal line occupancy and reduction of absenteeism.
· You also closely monitor compliance with quality and safety standards and make targeted adjustments in collaboration with the quality team.
· You play a key role in internal training programs, evaluation interviews, and competency management to ensure the continuity and growth of the team.
· You play a key role in updating and optimizing procedures and work instructions, in line with the new processes and equipment in place.
· One of your strongest assets is your ability to build and nurture a strong team culture and spirit.
· You have a strong background in continuous improvement methodologies and their concrete implementation (LEAN, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED), allowing you to achieve efficiency related KPIs such as OEE performance.
