Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Define and execute the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and multi-year planning
• Ensure robust cash flow management, liquidity planning, and capital structure oversight
• Oversee treasury activities, hedge positions, and financial risk management
• Manage relationships with banks, insurers, and financial counterparties
• Take full responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, audits, and compliance
• Strengthen governance, internal controls, and segregation of duties
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
• Support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives with sound financial analysis

• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO or equivalent)
• Strong expertise in accounting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and reporting
• Solid understanding of treasury, hedge instruments, and capital structures
• High risk awareness and ability to operate in a volatile market environment
• Strong analytical, strategic, and decision?making skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High integrity and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Exact Online and ERP systems
• Fluent in Dutch; good knowledge of English and French
