- Supervise the entire project process for sustainable energy solutions, monitoring quality, planning, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize and lead weekly site meetings with all parties involved.
- Perform technical checks and site visits to assess and optimize the installation options for batteries, solar panels, and other equipment.
- Report regularly to the management team on the progress of projects and ensure clear internal coordination.
- Set up WBS structures in SAP and closely monitor the financial status of projects.
- Check progress reports and invoices and ensure correct processing.
- Select and assess contractors and suppliers, request quotations, and perform a thorough cost analysis and technical evaluation. Supervise tender procedures in accordance with internal and legal guidelines.
- Manage contractors during the implementation phase, monitor safety plans, carry out site inspections, and intervene in the event of incidents or problems.
- Coordinate permit applications and administrative processes, including contract management, insurance files, and network operator coordination.
- Interpret network studies and translate them into concrete project requirements.
- Support the asset management team in technical optimizations and contribute to the long-term performance of our sustainable installations.
- You report directly to the General Manager
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Energy, Electromechanics, Construction Engineering) or equivalent experience in project management (preferably in sustainable energy, construction projects, or technical installations).
- Familiar with ERP systems and Office365.
- Experienced coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external parties such as contractors and suppliers.
- Decisive, dare to take responsibility, and adapt quickly to unexpected challenges.
- Clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented and flexible in changing customer needs.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
